Kasper’s portfolio is made up of a diverse pool of industrial, retail, office, and multi-family properties in all major markets across Canada.

Kasper has extensive experience across all major asset classes—including multi-family, student housing, industrial, retail, life sciences, and office properties—Kasper has successfully led initiatives to enhance performance, implement value-add strategies, and optimize leasing and capital improvement plans to drive long-term profitability and asset appreciation.

Having managed real estate portfolios of scale in Canada, the United States, and Europe, Kasper brings a global perspective to real estate investment, combining deep market insights with data-driven decision-making. Throughout his career, he has held key roles at leading real estate investment firms, gaining valuable expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, risk management, and repositioning strategies.

Kasper is a graduate in Business Administration (Finance) from Copenhagen Business School in Denmark and is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
