Welcoming Theshan Naidoo as Manager, Financial Reporting & Operational Excellence

Canadian Urban is pleased to announce that Theshan Naidoo has joined the company as Manager, Financial Reporting & Operational Excellence.

Based in Canadian Urban’s Edmonton office, Theshan will be an important member of the Shared Services team, supporting the continued development of the company’s financial reporting, operational systems, and process improvement initiatives.

Theshan brings more than 12 years of accounting experience to Canadian Urban, with a strong background across financial reporting, audit, finance project management, budgeting, forecasting, and operating systems. His experience will be valuable as Canadian Urban continues to enhance its reporting practices and strengthen the operational frameworks that support the company’s national platform.

Prior to joining Canadian Urban, Theshan worked with several respected organizations in the Edmonton market, including All Weather Windows, ATB Financial, and PwC.

Theshan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and earned his Chartered Professional Accountant designation while articling with PwC.
