Canadian Urban Limited is thrilled to announce the successful acquisition of a 100% freehold interest in 1200 Mackay, a newly constructed, best-in-class multifamily property located in the heart of downtown Montréal.

This acquisition reinforces Canadian Urban’s long-term commitment to the Montréal market and marks a strategic expansion of our residential portfolio in one of Canada’s most dynamic urban centres.

Completed in 2024, 1200 Mackay features 125 premium residential units crafted by the award-winning architectural firm Chevalier Morales and developed by Mondev to exceptional design and technical standards. The building has been institutionally managed since delivery and is ideally situated in Montréal’s prestigious Golden Square Mile, steps from Concordia University, the metro station, and a wide array of retail, dining, employment, and cultural amenities.
