Managed by Canadian Urban Limited with sustainability and wellness in mind, this 10-storey 72,324 square-foot multi-tenant building is located at the expanding eastern edge of downtown Vancouver’s business district. The building is home to a diverse program of uses on a compact urban site, including higher education, development and investment firms,  personal care services, and retail offerings.
