Announcing the promotion of David Ward to Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

David Ward has been promoted to Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Canadian Urban Limited. In his new position, David is responsible for overseeing the real estate investment, asset management, and property management departments. David will continue to report directly to Canadian Urban’s President, Jay Hamilton.  David has a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Allison University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University. David’s background includes being a Past President of Toronto NAIOP and was also a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of NAIOP Corporate based in Washington DC. David has over 25 years of real estate experience in various roles.   For over 50 years, Canadian Urban Limited has been providing its clients with superior risk-adjusted returns by purchasing and managing diversified, mid-market real estate properties across all major markets in Canada.
